Join Coach Blalock’s Remind account to receive updates and team run announcements. Text @ghsxc to 81010.


Have a completed physical dated April 15, 2017 or after to participate in team runs.


Get a good pair of training shoes.


Bring bottled water to all runs.


We will have team runs 2 to 3 times a week until July 22. Daily team practice begins on July 24, 2017. Time and meeting place will be announced through Remind.
