All seniors who have received scholarship offers from private sources or colleges need to complete this form and return it to the Counseling Office by May 3rd. One form should be completed for each scholarship offered, even if the scholarship is to a school your child is not planning to attend. This information is published at graduation. Please encourage your student to come by the Counseling Office and pick up a form or you may access the form below.
If your child has earned a significant scholarship from an organization or institution, please check with their office to request a representative to acknowledge your child's accomplishments during our awards ceremony. If a representative is not available, the student may bring into the Counseling Office the certificate or award received to request presentation by a faculty member on awards night.
All scholarship and recognition information must be turned into the Counseling Office before 3:00 on Friday, May 3rd in order to prepare for the awards ceremony which is held in the NPAC on May 14th at 7:00 pm.
