Telehealth Information from School Nurse

The Niswonger Children’s Hospital has partnered with Ballad Health Medical Associates Urgent Care to provide students and staff with a convenient option to access high-quality care using virtual health technology while at school. This is a voluntary program that will be available starting in January, 2020 to Greeneville City School staff and students at the following locations: Highland Elementary, Hal Henard Elementary, Greeneville Middle School and Greeneville High School.

Packets explaining specifically how this program works will be distributed to students starting 12/05/2019. If you are interested in signing up for this program please complete the packet and return it to your child’s school nurse by Thursday, December 12, 2019. The school nurse will forward the packet to Ballad Health.

Only students whose parents sign up for the program are eligible to be seen. If you are not interested in the program just discard the packet.
