GHS Student, Caedmon Oakes, Wins in Team AEA Pitch Contest

Team Refill Vibes developed a business aimed at reducing single use plastics by making it easier to refill household cleaning liquids and personal products using a solar-powered vehicle which operates as a mobile refill station. Additionally, the vehicle also contained refill vending machines which reduce plastic usage in hopes of setting a new trend in refilling and reusing plastic containers.

Caedmon Oakes says, “I made friends for a lifetime through this program and even met some awesome entrepreneurs like Kara Goldin, the Founder and CEO of Hint. This program really helped me stretch my comfort zone and showed me what I can do if I set my mind to a goal.”
