GHS Student, Caedmon Oakes, Wins in Team AEA Pitch Contest
Twelve high school students from across the Appalachian Region participated in a pitch competition as a part of the Appalachian Entrepreneurship Academy (AEA), a competitive, 12-month, free, blended learning curriculum program featuring working modules led by regional experts in business planning, market analysis, product development and other entrepreneurial services. As part of the program, students participate in a 4-week summer intensive online training, continue training over the academic year, and meet in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, for a final capstone pitch event in July 2021. This year the winning three-person team, Team Refill Vibes, included Greeneville High School (GHS) student Caedmon Oakes.
