Bio

I graduated from Chuckey-Doak High School in 1995. I went to East Tennessee State University and pursued a degree in Criminal Justice. I soon began working in the legal department at Forward Air. I worked for Forward Air for two years until I had the opportunity to work as a paralegal for a private law firm in Greeneville. I enjoyed working as a paralegal and I formed a lot of positive relationships while in that capacity.

After several years of working as a paralegal, I decided to return to college to get my teaching degree. I acquired a Bachelor of Science degree from Tusculum College in 2005. I have a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Union College and an Educational Specialist Degree in Administration from LMU. In 2022 I earned my Doctor of Education degree from Lincoln Memorial University in Educational Leadership. I have been an educator for 18 years. I taught my first year at Chuckey-Doak High School and have taught at Greeneville High School for the past seventeen years.

I enjoy spending time with my family, running, and playing sports.
