I graduated from South Greene High School in 2000. I earned an associate degree from Walters State while I played baseball there for Coach Ken Campbell. I then finished my baseball career at Lee University in Cleveland, TN. I graduated from Tusculum College in December of 2005 with a bachelors degree in education.

I began my teaching career at South Greene High School. I taught there for three years. I then moved to Greeneville High School where I have taught for five years.

I was born on December 29, 1981 to Rex Shepherd and Tammy Myers. I have lived in Greeneville, TN for all of my life. I love to play all sports and do anything that requires physical activity. I have played baseball all my life and was lucky enough to play baseball in college. I also love to go to dirt track races and I'm a huge Jimmy Owens fan. I have 2 amazing children Kingston Wade and Cassel Alene. They are the most important things in my life.
