Bio

I have a B.S. from Tennessee Wesleyan in Mathematics, a Masters in Education degree from Tusculum College, and an Educational Specialist degree from Lincoln Memorial.  I graduated high school from South Greene and attended elementary school at Glenwood. 

I had taught in the math department at Greeneville High School for 36 years.  I currently serve as department chair and am thankful for all the people who have made this department and continue to make this department about our students.  Every decision we make is made based on what is best for our students.  Keeping teacher to student ratio low has also been a priority which we feel has been a major factor for the success of ALL students.  

I am married to Chris Ricker who is a retired math teacher from South Greene High School.   We have 2 daughters, Ansley and Alora.  Ansley is a surgeon in her 3rd year of residency in Charlotte.  Alora is in her first year of residency of internal medicine in Roanoke.     I attend Hartman's Chapel Church and love to read, sing, and spend time with my family
