 The GCHD will hold a flu vaccine clinic at GHS. Student flu vaccine consent forms were sent with GHS students 10-16-24. If you would like for your student to receive a flu vaccine at school, return the completed form to the GHS Nurse no later than Friday, October 18, 2024. Only students who turn in completed forms will receive the vaccine at GHS. If your student did not receive a packet, he or she can pick one up in any administrative office.
